Site of Spillway, Cleburne State Park, 1936-1940
Crews from Company 3804 are hand excavating the area for the spillway that will handle overflow from Cedar Lake. Their tools include a jack hammer, pry bars, and sledge hammers, and once the rocks are removed and broken up, the men then have to hand load them into the dump trucks.
