Photographer E. O. Goldbeck of San Antonio made official panoramic photographs of entire CCC companies throughout Texas. Here the enrollees pose with their camp commander and local experienced men. Although of a racially "mixed" enrollment, Company 881's eleven African American members are segregated (right).
