Reconstructed Mission San Francisco de los Tejas, Mission Tejas State Park, 2007
Although commemorating a Spanish mission of the 1690s this CCC-built structure is strictly American. It has a stone foundation, log walls tied together with half round notching and made weather tight with mortar and chinking, and wood-shakes on the roof and gables.
